Alby Victor Philip, BScN, RN
Chief Executive Officer
A highly experienced nursing professional and healthcare leader with over 16 years of experience in the nursing field, combining strong clinical expertise with leadership and a passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) and postgraduate certificate courses in Critical Care Nursing and Gerontological Nursing. Professional experience spans a diverse range of healthcare settings, including medical units, mental health and psychiatric care, community nursing with VON (Victorian Order of Nurses), and long-term care.
Throughout her nursing career, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of patient care, clinical needs, care coordination, and the importance of maintaining dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life for individuals receiving healthcare services.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ALJO Care Crew Inc., she brings her extensive nursing background and leadership experience to the development and delivery of healthcare, home care, disability support, respite care, and staffing services. Her vision is to provide reliable, compassionate, and individualized support that empowers individuals to live safely and meaningfully in their homes and communities.

Jomini Mathew, BScN, RN
Chief Operating Officer
Jomini Mathew brings together a strong foundation in nursing, specialized clinical education, and a forward-thinking approach to healthcare leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, complemented by postgraduate certifications in Critical Care and Gerontology, Jomini combines clinical knowledge with a commitment to advancing healthcare standards and organizational excellence.
With a diverse clinical background spanning Intensive Care, Post-Anaesthetic Care, Orthopedics, acute care, and long-term care, Jomini offers valuable insight into the complexities of healthcare delivery and workforce management. Experience in teaching and professional development further reinforces a commitment to clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and cultivating a skilled, competent, and confident healthcare workforce.

Murray Stenton
Marketing Manager
Murray Stenton is a graphic designer, content creator and marketing communications professional with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, retail, entertainment and print production. A versatile creative professional, he brings expertise in graphic design, art direction, photography, video production, illustration, branding and integrated marketing campaigns.
During his five years with Northwood, Murray helped lead marketing and communications for one of Nova Scotia’s major healthcare organizations, including navigating the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. His work encompassed crisis communications, media relations, recruitment campaigns, public awareness initiatives, fundraising and storytelling that highlighted the dedication of healthcare workers and the experiences of residents and their families.
Throughout his career, Murray has combined creative vision with practical, hands-on expertise, developing engaging communications that connect organizations with their audiences. Known for his adaptability, resourcefulness and ability to deliver under tight deadlines, he approaches every project with a focus on quality, meaningful storytelling and results.
